Creative Flow: A Space to Breathe, Create, and Connect
Creative Flow is a supportive space where creatives, artists, and performers of any level can breathe, connect, and create in a low-stakes way. Groups will take place weekly, and each session will include time for reflection, breathwork, creating art, and engaging with a supportive community of like-minded artists.
What to Expect
-
Weekly, on Monday mornings from 9am-10am EST on zoom.
-
The fee for each session is offered on a sliding scale of $15–$50, and you’re invited to choose the amount that feels manageable for you. All contributions within this range are welcome and help support the sustainability of the group. Payment is required before each session.
-
The first cohort will begin on February 23rd, 2026, and will meet weekly through March 30th (2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, and 3/30). If there is interest, a second cohort will begin in April.

No. Creative Flow is not group therapy, and I am not acting as a therapist in this setting. Although the group is facilitated by a mental health professional, it is a non-clinical, community-based space focused on creativity, reflection, and mindfulness rather than treatment or diagnosis.
-
No prior art experience is required. This group is open to creatives of all levels – from those beginning a new creative hobby to those creating art professionally, and everyone in between. We define creativity very broadly, and this group focuses on process, curiosity, and presence rather than skill or outcomes.
-
You’re welcome to use any art-making materials you have on hand. Any art supplies will work, from a simple pen and paper to paints, markers, or colored pencils. I also recommend a journal of some kind as there will be some brief written reflective exercises in each session.
-
Sharing is always optional. I welcome your reflections and contributions, but it is by no means required.
