Book a Consultation

A free 30-minute consultation is the best way for us to get to know each other and discuss how I can help you or your institution.

I offer both individual therapy and consulting/workshop services. Because these are scheduled and handled differently, you’ll find two separate booking options below.

If you’re not sure which one is the best fit, feel free to read the brief descriptions or reach out through my contact form.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is for adults in New York State seeking ongoing support. I work primarily with creatives and queer adults navigating burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, and identity transitions.

During your free 30-minute consultation, we’ll explore your goals and see if working together feels like a good fit.

You’ll be redirected to Insight Therapy NYC’s secure , HIPAA-compliant scheduling system.

Workshops, Groups, + Consulting

Consulting and workshop services support creatives, educators, and organizations seeking mental health–informed guidance. This may include workshops for performers, trainings for faculty or staff, or consultation for creative programs.

This free 30-minute consultation is a chance to discuss your goals, timeline, and what type of support may be the best fit.

You’ll be redirected to my Calendly scheduling page.

Not Sure Which Option is Right?

If you’re feeling unsure about which consultation to book, you’re not alone. In general:

  • Choose Individual Therapy if you’re looking for personal, ongoing mental health support.

  • Choose Consulting or Workshops if you’re reaching out on behalf of a group, organization, or creative program.

If you’re still unsure, you’re welcome to reach out through my contact form and I’ll point you in the right direction.

Media and Speaking Inquiries

I also collaborate with podcasts, publications, and organizations interested in thoughtful conversations about mental health, creativity, burnout, and sustainability in creative work.

Media and speaking inquiries can be submitted through my contact form.
